Terry Trexler is the Vice President of a youth-focused sports nonprofit, where his lifelong passion for sports, competition, and character development comes to life. A proud Marine Corps veteran, Terry credits his military service for instilling in him the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership—along with the belief that the mission should always be greater than the individual. 

Over the past two decades, Terry has refined those principles as a successful business owner, entrepreneur, and success coach, helping others grow professionally without sacrificing what matters most: family. As a devoted father of two, Terry has poured his heart into raising children who understand the importance of hustle, heart, and personal excellence. His son, a Physics major at Old Dominion University with a deep love for music, and his daughter, a high school student and passionate athlete, each embody a drive to pursue their passions fully and without excuses.

Terry believes that sports are one of the most powerful tools we have to shape the next generation. Guiding the next generation through sports builds more than skills—it builds character. With a vision rooted in being United by Heart and Driven by Sport, he is dedicated to empowering our youth athletes through teamwork, passion,  and the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything they do, both in sports and personally.  For Terry, this mission is about our youth—it’s a calling to help kids grow stronger, more confident, and more united by heart and driven by sport.
