Starkesha Johnson brings leadership, passion, and a winning spirit to United Sports Alliance as our Fundraising Director and one of the coaches for our competitive cheer team. An 11-year Navy veteran, Starkesha now works as a project manager, where her attention to detail and commitment to excellence shine every day.

A proud mother of three, Starkesha first began volunteering as a dedicated team mom. Her passion quickly grew into a coaching role, where she helped lead her teams to two National Championship titles. With years of experience coaching her own daughters in competitive cheer, she knows what it takes to build strong, confident athletes both on and off the mat.

As our Fundraising Director, she combines her strategic mindset and community spirit to create fun and effective ways to support our athletes and their families. She is committed to ensuring every athlete has the resources they need to succeed.

Starkesha is excited to help take United Sports Alliance to new heights, both through impactful fundraising efforts and by building a competitive cheer program that’s rooted in teamwork, discipline, and fun.
