Marisa Delise currently holds the position of Secretary and Housing Director for the United Sports Alliance. A native of California, she has been actively involved in various sports from a young age, including volleyball, softball, and track. For the past two decades, Marisa has devoted herself to coaching youth across a range of ages, fostering their passion for sports while mentoring them to pursue their educational journeys. Her commitment is reflected in the numerous young athletes she has inspired, many of whom have gone on to continue their education and, in turn, share their knowledge by coaching themselves.

In addition to her coaching career, Marisa has earned a Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in Child Development. This academic background has enabled her to work closely with children, providing them with tailored support and guidance throughout their athletic pursuits. Her focus on the well-being and development of youth through sports exemplifies her commitment to fostering a positive environment for growth and achievement.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marisa also serves as a Chief in the United States Navy, highlighting her leadership skills and service to our country. She is married and a proud mother of three children, with whom she cherishes spending quality time.
