Our Team

Aleksandra Gojkovic, Uniquely United & Boys’ Volleyball Director

With a passion for sports and a heart for community impact,  Aleks is entering her 7th season as a head coach in boys volleyball. Her head coaching journey began at Granby High School, where she made an immediate impact—leading the team to its first victory over Maury in a decade and earning “Coach of the District” honors. Currently, she’s in her 4th year at Landstown High School, where under her leadership, the program just completed its most successful season in nine years.

Beyond high school programs, Aleks's has coached with several competitive travel volleyball teams, serving in both head and assistant roles.

Off the court, Aleks is the CEO of an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company dedicated to supporting children on the autism spectrum and those with other developmental delays. Her dual roles in both athletics and behavioral development reflect her lifelong commitment to empowering youth through structure, care, accountability and positive leadership.

Her coaching philosophy centers on developing athletes both on and off the court through consistency, determination, hard work, teamwork, and guidance grounded in knowledge and compassion.

Whether coaching a championship-bound team or creating inclusive sports opportunities for children with special needs, Aleks brings the same energy, integrity, and vision to every role she takes on.
